- if you wanna see loads of fully clothed revellers in the fountains and you live in South Florida...the place to go is the CLEMATIS STREET fountains in West Palm Beach. Unlike other fountains around the world that have "keep out" signs....this fountain actively encourages everybody to play in the fountains. They were designed as a copy of the Centennial Square fountains in Atlanta..and work the same way. Daytimes it is mostly kids, and few adults to see. However, the best times to see adults playing in the fountains is in the evenings....especially on Thursday nights...cos every thursday night they have the Clematis By Night street party. I am attaching their url above....they also stage "Concerts by the Fountain" 2-3 times a week and you can see many folks cooling off while listening the band music...as you saw in Washington DC.
