The Disney Market place IS a great place to view impromptu wetlook.
Also take the short drive to Disney's concept town of Celebration. It is located just south of I-4 on hwy 192. In the center of downtown is a really great walk through fountain complete with park benches for close-up viewing. Try downtown Celebration in the afternoon or early evening on a warm day.
On a recent visit last fall I enjoyed watching a spirited young woman in a short mini skirt and black baby tee dancing in the powerful jets of water. She finally talked her boyfriend into joining her. What a lucky guy. She walked away with her wet clothes all shiny and absolutely soaked. As she wicked past me she had an impish grin. Wet clothing does that to some gals.
Finally, drive over to Clearwater beach in the early evening. While the swimsuit is standard attire for most locals, ocasionally they stop by the beach to watch the sunset, and usually one thing leads to another. Wet look on the beach.
