I live in Houston. There's Kemah Boardwalk, which has dancing fountains. Mostly kids but once in awhile grown-ups. http://www.kemahboardwalk.com. That's really about it, unless you're willing to drive 3 hours to New Braunfels, where there's hundreds of thousands of college guys and gals wearing tennis shoes, sometimes shirts, sometimes more toobing down the river... I think we're going to New Braunfels that weekend.
