International Fountain at Seattle Center- the fountain is shaped like a huge eyeball with about 40 outlets for the water to spray out. You can go right up to the center of the fountain without getting wet- however if you get caught at the wrong place- you are in for a serious drenching! Comment 1: Check out "Bumbershoot" It's a weekend arts/music festival usually held in August. Sorry I don't know exact dates this year. But the Center gets very crowded and if the weather's hot, you simply can't keep people out of the fountain!
