See Comment 1: This has to be one of the greatest places in the world to watch wetlook in action - just about every woman who goes there or happens to walk by either go in, stare in amazement at the others who are doing it, or go close enough to get a little wet. Best of all, the "Rachels of the world" take the opportunity to go all the way. It's really a blast to see them come by, stare at the fountains, touch the water and guess "will she or won't she"? The best viewing, I think, are of woman in their 30's and 40's who you know are in that "conservative" state of life who let themselves loose in the water. The sight of them trying to pull away their clinging blouses is just terrific. They all have that look of "I can't believe I just did that" ... which is the best "wetlook" out there!
